center.

Visit |
| In-home visits for preliminary
project and budget analysis', measurements,
and survey of your home remodeling project.
We charge $75.00 per hour. |

Home Decorating
Consultation |
| Decorating Consultations consist
of in-store consultations, shopping, and project
coordination. We charge $75.00 per hour. |
| Kitchen
Design Retainer |
Your initial
investment in your beautiful new kitchen
is a design retainer fee based on 10%
of the estimated cabinet cost ($500.00
minimum). This amount is credited toward
your cabinet purchase.
This will
begin the Design Process. We will put
our designs on paper. By reviewing your
work habits and living patterns, we can
create a unique space designed especially
for you. Our detailed drawings help you
visualize your new space. We now choose:
- Cabinetry Accessories
- Countertopping
- Backsplash Design
- Plumbing Fixtures
- Colors
- Flooring
This makes
for an error free decision making process.
At this time, we will release a full set
of working plans and perspective drawings
to you.
